I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in schools and mental health settings. Using art and play with children and teens, brings comfort in the helping process. Adults find support through mindfulness, life coping strategies, and parenting support. Couples will enhance their connection using Emotional Focused Therapy.
