I am a play therapist who specializes in teens and young adults. I empower parents and children of all ages to resolve relationship conflicts, boosting parental confidence in handling children's emotions, while equipping children with vital emotional skills for independent problem-solving, fostering stronger attachment bonds and healthier relationships. Your child may be experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionist behavior, and stress. Sometimes it's hard to talk about our problems, that's why my therapy sessions are often experiential.
My therapy style is playful, warm, active, and engaging, and I utilize a variety of expressive and strengths-focused techniques. You can expect to engage in activities that promote insight, teach social/emotional or parenting skills. I will encourage you to be creative and experiential in the way we work toward your goals.
