In addition to being formally trained in Internal Family System (IFS) Therapy by completing levels 1, 2, and 3, I have advanced training in somatic modalities such as Focusing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Levels 1 & 2). I completed the Polyvagal Institute's Certificate course and Felt Sense Polyvagal Model for Treating Trauma and Addiction.
