Understand the main components of the IFS model and fundamental practices in a group setting. Befriend parts using the 6Fs in a safe and contained group space. Practice finding, focusing, and fleshing out parts, and practice working with a polarized system. Practice part separation, U-turn, mapping, and recognizing self from self-like parts.
