I hope to provide an empathic space where you can explore your inner world, and in doing so discover new insights that will help you be kinder to yourself in the midst of life’s difficulties. In couple & family therapy, I will help you to identify which patterns are causing disconnection and then help you form a secure attachment to your loved ones.
I have advanced training in Emotion Focused Therapy, an effective treatment for couples individuals & families. I am also trained in using EMDR, a highly effective modality for treating trauma. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety & depression through my experience at The Emily Program.
For those who welcome it, I enjoy discussing how spirituality and one's Christian faith relate with mental health. I provide a warm, empathetic space as we explore and bring healing to your relationship with yourself and to others.
