Motivational Interviewing

I offer talk therapy and motivational interviewing in conjunction with medication. During out visits we will talk about how the medications are working and also talk about other external factors that may be affecting how you are feeling. Although medications are a great tool, I help my patients develop interpersonal coping skills as well to also help provide a relief for their symptoms.
