I predominantly work with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health and vast variety of mental health problems. I work well with people who want to improve their lives, and are interested in doing things differently to make that happen.

I firmly think that achieving a positive state of mental health requires a team effort. We are aware that the development of positive mental health is significantly influenced by family dynamics and pharmacological & non-pharmacological therapies.
