Rates/Insurance: I accept Cigna, Carefirst, and Medicaid. For self pay clients; fees are as follows: Initial psychiatric evaluation $200, follow up visits $150. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Note about controlled substances: I do not prescribe controlled substances.
