My name is Natacha Wheeler. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 26 years of Nursing experience in various areas, such as cardiac, critical care, maternal child health, and psychiatry. I am passionate about empowering individuals in their mental wellness by equipping them with positive coping skills to help optimize and improve mental health. My approach is holistic and my aim is to ensure that individuals feel heard and respected. I strive to collaborate in client’s care and develop a treatment plan specific to the individual’s needs. I offer services to age groups 18 and above.
I offer comprehensive and collaborative care using medication management and/or therapeutic modalities, including use of healthy coping skills. We can work together to identify ineffective patterns or triggers and create an individualized treatment plan to help manage symptoms.
