My approach to healthcare is collaborative. We work together to create a treatment plan with your priorities in mind, and to provide you with as much information for you to in formed about your care, and make informed decisions. I practice intentional de-centered care, where healthcare is not dictated by the provider, but rather the client. I provide whole person care, looking at nutrition, complementary and alternative therapies, sleep, habits, while also offering psychiatric medications where could be beneficial and if preferred by the client.
I work with clients aged 18-60, with varying areas of focus including depression, anxiety, sleep difficulty, trauma, bipolar, and others. I am body positive, and enjoy supporting and working with the kink, polyamorous, and LGBTQ communities. I also offer ketamine assisted therapy for deeper personal work.
My practice balances medication management with brief therapy. I enjoy 30 minute follow up appointments to check in on most aspects of day to day life, and avoiding the quick turnaround that is often experienced in mental health spaces. Let's go at your pace and see what good things we can accomplish.
