Working with an understanding and patient counselor can be the key to becoming empowered and making the necessary changes needed to achieve your goals. In therapy, we will always design custom goals and strive to meet them, together.
I specialize in Couples; Grief/Loss; Interpersonal/Relational Difficulties; Anxiety; Depression; Trauma/PTSD; General Life Transitions. I also specialize in addictions (substances; food; shopping; co-dependency; family members of addicts).
I specialize in a unique approach to the therapeutic alliance, using Interpersonal Theory mixed with Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy.
