As a therapist, I champion my clients to meet their goals and am passionate about working with clients who experience trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, marital and relationship issues, decision-making, and adjustment to change.
I am trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR, EMDR for Couples, EMDR for Eating Disorders, Brainspotting Levels 1 & 2, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work primarily with individuals 16 and older and couples.
