I use a Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, and Integrative approach to work with adults in individual therapy. I especially enjoy working with women of all ages with trauma history or issues of self-esteem; and have much experience working with anxiety and depression. I take an integrative and individualized approach with everyone I work with. I am also a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and a certified Aromatherapist.

I have experience in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy; teaching my clients the power of mindfulness and how practicing mindfulness both formally and informally can invite more balance, inner peace, and authenticity into our personal growth journey. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I am also a certified Reiki Master for those interested in energy healing work.

I treat individuals and their families from a Holistic perspective; exploring all dimensions of one's well-being such as physical, emotional, financial, social, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and spiritual. I especially work from a strong spiritual perspective, believing that everyone has a unique purpose whether they know it or not.
