I have been helping clients to relieve emotional distress for over 30 years. I treat a wide variety of concerns, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship distress. I work collaboratively with my clients to empower them to make changes in their lives that can help them to feel happier and more satisfied with their lives and relationships.
I provide individual and couples therapy for adults. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques in working with couples and relationship issues. Research studies have shown that 90% of couples show improvement in their relationships when EFT is utilized.
I am also specialized at understanding and working with families who are affected by loved ones who have depression, bipolar disorder, and other serious mental health issues.
