I offer 15-hour private intensives for couples, families, and individuals, over 3 days, that are designed to accomplish months of therapy in a short time. I continually train in powerful, research-based approaches that are safe, validating, and get quickly to the heart of the matter. I work collaboratively with colleagues in my group practice, therapists across the state, and experts across the country.
We'll warmly and compassionately focus on your present life and relationship experiences, uncovering deep patterns that you couldn't see before. As we slowly "unpack" your experience, layer after layer, you'll experience new clarity, relief, and freedom.
