I am accepting new clients. I offer compassionate, down-to-earth counseling in which I strive to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship. My practice specialty continues to be supporting individuals with life adjustments, stress, relational/communication challenges, anxiety, repairing self and/or relationships, and self-esteem issues. Guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which has been proven effective for addressing Depression, Anxiety, personal/professional relationship conflicts & stress, as well as life adjustments. I am driven by the belief that a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential in supporting people to move toward their personal goals and make improvements in life.
