I have a warm presence and an active relational style. I integrate talk therapy with body-based expressive arts and trauma-formed modalities such as Attachment-based EMDR. I provide individual and couple/relationship therapy.

I specialize in using the Expressive Arts and Intuition. Expressive Art Therapy is a multi-arts approach: body-based inquiry, meditation/visioning, painting, drawing, storytelling, psychodrama, movement, sound, writing and ritual. The arts can help express and heal what can otherwise be challenging to do with words alone.
