She has an office in Lone Tree, as well as a virtual office for teletherapy, using a HIPAA compliant video counseling platforms.
Dr. Laughlin has over 20 years of experience working with adults (ages 20-100+) in community mental health, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice. She specializes in working with women with mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, and coping with difficult life changes.
Dr. Laughlin enjoys helping adult clients make a life worth living. Through the collaborative process we work to produce positive change from the inside out, in both individual and group counseling. Her greatest joy is working with women using a Christ-Centered approach, but all, regardless of their beliefs, are welcomed.

Here in this nurturing DBT group setting, you will learn skills to cope better with difficult life circumstances and emotions, cultivate a more peaceful mindset, and build healthier relationships in an environment centered around Christ and Biblical principles. Ongoing group on Tuesdays from 1:30-3:00pm. Accepting new adult female clients.
