Christ Centered DBT

Here in this nurturing DBT group setting, you will learn skills to cope better with difficult life circumstances and emotions, cultivate a more peaceful mindset, and build healthier relationships in an environment centered around Christ and Biblical principles. Ongoing group on Tuesdays from 1:30-3:00pm. Accepting new adult female clients.
