Teen Girls Empowered Groups- groups for ages 13-18

Teen Girls Empowered groups are weekly groups designed to support teenage girls with challenges around self-esteem and body image, depression and anxiety, peer and family conflict, and stress about school and future plans. Teens will increase knowledge of healthy ways to cope with adolescent challenges and be encouraged to utilize new skills outside of group.
