Are you struggling with body image, your relationship to food, or an eating disorder? Are you feeling overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts? I can help. I strive to build a trusting relationship with everyone I work with that allows for space to talk through difficult life experiences. I will never label behavior or coping skills as bad or maladaptive. Instead, we will identify the ways these things have helped you cope & survive, and explore if there are other coping skills that will help you in a different way. We will work together to identify your strengths, heal emotional wounds, and express emotions.
As a Therapist and Yoga Teacher, I value the mind body connection and the ways it impacts our overall wellbeing. I believe that laughter can be healing and use humor when appropriate. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and practice from a HAES and weight inclusive lens. My goal is to help you feel at home in your body.
I am not an in-network provider, but will work with your out-of-network benefits. Those without insurance or reimbursement can expect a reduced fee, as I believe finances should never be a barrier to accessing care. No matter what you are going through, we will work together to help you get through it and achieve your goals.
