I am a queer therapist who specializes in trauma, sexual/gender identity and eating disorders with a Health at Every Size lense. I've worked in multiple levels of care that include residential treatment facility, group homes, & IOP/PHP programs with individuals struggling with a variety of mental illnesses. I realize one single therapeutic approach does not fit every clients needs, which is why I rely on an eclectic model of Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I am available to see clients ages 16+ in person in Newtown, Pennsylvania and virtually from New Jersey.

I have earned a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rider University & my Bachelors degree in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from The College of New Jersey. I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor in NJ & also a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor working towards my Licensed Professional Counselor.

I believe the client-therapist relationship is essential to successful counseling. I aim to provide an LGBTQ+ affirming & welcoming environment & guide individuals to build a healthy relationship with both their mind & body.
