It's no secret that we've seen increased levels of anxiety globally, especially in the past several years.
I believe relief is possible. I offer personalized counseling approaches that build on your strengths and preferences. We will identify your specific concerns and create goals. We will work toward healing old (or new) wounds, pinpointing underlying thought patterns that don't serve you, and taking on behavioral measures to support growth and sustainability.
Counseling is my passion and I aim to create a peaceful, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everybody. I am LGBTQ affirming. I come from a Christian world view and, while I offer non-religious counseling, I specialize in working with women who have anxiety and want to incorporate faith into their counseling experience.
