I believe that we heal through the body and that the body is the most direct route towards feeling more alive, more connected, and like your contribution to this world really matters. It is my hope that our work leaves you feeling more free, alive, whole and capable of having authentic connections with yourself, your body, and others. Through our body-based somatic work together, you will identify what truly matters to you, and gain practicable skills that will help to align your actions with your vision for your life.
I support folks to feel for their sense of choice and agency in a world that often cuts us off from it. Somatic sessions will involve an exploration of what you deeply long for. We will explore the embodied patterns or shaping that have kept you from having the life you want, working to dignify those patterns while making room for new choice and action.

Trauma and the Body: A Somatic Healing Group

In this highly experiential 12 week group, you will have the opportunity to deeply explore the ways that trauma has disconnected you from your body and from yourself. Our work will involve deep sharing, engaged somatic practices, and witnessing one another in our processes of healing and transformation. You will get to re-author your narrative about yourself and the world while connecting deeply to what matters most to you. You will leave our time together with a deep sense of connection to yourself, to others, and with compassion and love for the ways that you've survived.
