Trauma and the Body: A Somatic Healing Group
In this highly experiential 12 week group, you will have the opportunity to deeply explore the ways that trauma has disconnected you from your body and from yourself. Our work will involve deep sharing, engaged somatic practices, and witnessing one another in our processes of healing and transformation. You will get to re-author your narrative about yourself and the world while connecting deeply to what matters most to you. You will leave our time together with a deep sense of connection to yourself, to others, and with compassion and love for the ways that you've survived.

We live inside a set of cultural practices that tells us that we aren't enough and is often selling us a solution to that not enoughness. Our bodies and ourselves become projects to be fixed. We work towards an ideal self without recognizing that life is being lived right here, right now. We distance ourselves from our bodies, from ourselves, and from each other.
