On the outside you put on a good show for the world. Yet on the inside, you feel alone and broken. Never good enough. You suffer in agonizing silence, and you're terrified of the moment when everyone figures out you are a fraud. These feelings are very old and familiar because they come from your childhood experiences. And while you can't change the past, you CAN change your experience of the present. You can heal from old wounds. I know because I've walked that road and I know there is another side. In addition to traditional therapy I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) which can assist in your healing journey.
I specialize in treating PTSD, complex trauma, and neurodivergent-affirming care. That may include individual therapy, group therapy or psychedelic assisted psychotherapy with ketamine I will help you learn to navigate your emotions safely and transform old wounds so they no longer control you. My goal for you in therapy is for you to not NEED therapy.

Emotions feel like they rule your life and cause you problems; DBT can help. DBT was developed to help highly sensitive people who struggle with overwhelming emotions. 50 years of research has shown DBT to be effective with many problems, including borderline personality disorder, depression, PTSD, bipolar, relationship issues, overwhelm and self care. Groups meet once a week and phone support is available between sessions. We have 4 groups available: Mon 12-2pm, Mon 6-8pm, Wed 6-8pm or Thurs 6-8pm.

Survivors of Sexual Abuse for Women

If you have been sexually abused, assaulted or raped you may feel alone and isolated. Survivors is a safe place where you can talk about your experiences with other survivors who have been there and understand. Trauma happened in relationship so it must also be healed in relationship. We discuss issues related to sexual abuse, assault and rape including boundaries setting, safe versus unsafe people, sleep difficulties, trust, shame versus guilt, flashbacks, overwhelming emotions, triggers, problems with relationships and intimacy, and self care. This is a women only group and is a good adjunct to individual therapy.
