Men's Therapy Group

Our weekly group is a place for men to process their relationships and experiences in an honest and real way. It is open to men of all ages and is designed for members to explore their lives, give and receive support, and challenge each other to grow. To ensure the stability of the group, we ask for a 12-week initial commitment with most members staying longer term. The group is limited to 8 members, and is co-led with Dr. Jim Kemp. Intake process required for group admission.

This weekly 75-minute group for men (55+) who are retired from their primary role (career or caretaker) focuses on finding meaning in a chapter where men often feel adrift, useless, or isolated. This group will be a place for members to clarify their goals and values, improve their relationship skills, and challenge each other to grow. Time/day TBD based on prospective members' availability.
