I specialize in helping emerging adults (18-39) people work through these kinds of challenges. These challenges can often result in feelings of depression and anxiety, or can come through in our relationships through short tempers, seeming "clingy," or feeling disconnected. I can help you work through these issues in order to improve your quality of life and work toward your goals.

I also specialize in working with men. Men are often taught to internalize their issues and emotions, which can make them feel confused and alone. Additionally, beginning therapy may feel like failure or a weakness. By helping men connect to themselves and their emotions better, I can help them solidify their relationships and improve their lives.
