In this safe, therapeutic, environment, I will help you to gently address challenging issues and gain insights to improve the overall quality of your life. My work is strongly influenced by mindfulness practices, which are empirically supported for many issues. My style is collaborative and integrates research-proven approaches. I'd love to help you to develop skills that support you in functioning and feeling better, and which empower you to find your inner balance and strength.
All of our work is tailored individually, and the goal is to move toward independence, rather than dependence, on therapy. Together we can reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and explore life transitions, personal growth, relationships and more.
