Do you need a new approach to therapy? The aim of Zen Therapy is mind-control and social control. First, you learn to still the body while controlling your states of mind. One way to learn this is through meditation that I will teach you. Secondly, the behavioral and analytical method is called Transactional Analysis. We will apply it to make sense of your personality, your childhood decisions, and how you communicate. This process will clarify the repetitive Script you are playing out. You will choose intimacy, rather than the Games you play with others, and will actively structure your time for work, learning, and play.
I specialize in couples therapy and Zen. Both require mindfulness. To improve your relationships we will analyze your personality structure, the Games you play, and the Script in your head. We will look at the commitments you made as a little person and see how you created a blueprint for your life. To "get well' you will put a new show on the road.
My office is in the Hugo building in "Old Town" Mankato. It has a relaxed, home-like atmosphere. Additionally, I offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends.
