Founded in 1981, OATS continuously offers interpersonal process group psychotherapy as the most effective method for creatively attaching to yourself and others. Knowledge is a social product. Group offers the most effective opportunity for creating knowledge of yourself and others. It is safe, confidential and offers novel skills- e.g.,'finite language' - with which to differentiate yourself from others, and others from one another: establish identity. Group members relationships are confined to group. Therefore you may be direct , open and honest when speaking of yourself and giving feedback to one another.
