Personal Power & Effectiveness
A Men's group and a woman's group each focus on developing mental skills and the language to optimize desired outcomes in relationships; most importantly with yourself and in the areas most important to you. Various relationship skills, empirically validated, must get practiced to get learned. The group format designed to effectively master the disciplines of taking conscious control over attention, realistic goal, setting, keeping your own mind in mind, keeping other people's minds in mind, developing desired levels of influence and connection to get what you want at work, and at home. Weekly attendance, minimum 1 year.

Growth In Recovery Process Group
Join one of four existing groups. Each group meets one night a week for 1.5 hours. During intake you clarify your goals and learn the few rules. Groups are confidential: small, stable, safe and stimulating. Group is a powerful agent for change, utilizing the trusting intimate relationships developed with each member. Members are bright, talented & capable individuals.Group promotes direct, open honest feedback among members; this priceless information helps resolve enduring problems with self-concept, self-regulation, important relationships. It promotes development and practice of new coping strategies. In group we explore strengths to protect vulnerabilities, defeat challenges, blocks.

Creating Recovery: Learning to Love Yourself Fully
Founded in 1981, OATS continuously offers interpersonal process group psychotherapy as the most effective method for creatively attaching to yourself and others. Knowledge is a social product. Group offers the most effective opportunity for creating knowledge of yourself and others. It is safe, confidential and offers novel skills- e.g.,'finite language' - with which to differentiate yourself from others, and others from one another: establish identity. Group members relationships are confined to group. Therefore you may be direct , open and honest when speaking of yourself and giving feedback to one another. Overarching goals include getting to know & love yourself fully.
