We are a group of trauma-informed therapists with a variation of experiences in social work and counseling settings. We currently provide therapeutic services for individuals (children through adults), couples, and groups. We believe in making sure there is a good fit between the client and counselor and empowering people through focusing on their own inner strengths and abilities. We use a variety of therapy techniques to address problems, together we will figure out an approach that is right for you.
Our specialties include: Anxiety, PTSD, Abuse (Physical/Emotional/Sexual), Depression, Self-esteem, Life Changes and Transitions, Communication Difficulties/boundary issues, Self-harm, Family Problems, Stress Management, Relationship Problems(trained in Prepare and Enrich and Gottman Therapy) Parenting Issues/education, Fears/phobias
We have experienced therapists in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapy for quicker results with trauma, anxiety, and stress. We have a certified clinical hypnotherapist and registered clinical supervisor. We have two offices are located in downtown Nampa. Intern counseling is available for a $40 fee for children-adults (bilingual).

Self-Worth group/Boundaries/Co-dependency
FREE-This group rotates between a 8 week closed self-worth group and a Boundaries/Co-dependency group. This is designed for survivors of abuse wanting to to learn to live healthier trauma reduced lives. Please call into the Nampa Family Justice Center if interested in getting signed up for these closed groups and completing an intake at 208-475-5700 if you are interested.

WISE-elder abuse support group
This free group is for ladies 50 and older who have been in abusive relationships with family members and would like to connect with others through a support group with some psychoeducational pieces. The first half hour is sharing in life through some coffee and group is 2 hours weekly.
