This free group is for ladies 50 and older who have been in abusive relationships with family members and would like to connect with others through a support group with some psychoeducational pieces. The first half hour is sharing in life through some coffee and group is 2 hours weekly.

FREE-This group rotates between a 8 week closed self-worth group and a Boundaries/Co-dependency group. This is designed for survivors of abuse wanting to to learn to live healthier trauma reduced lives.
