Psychotherapy is a practice of deep listening and a process that provides the opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Therapy can help you feel connected, grounded and deeply understood; it facilitates the opportunity to work through current and older challenges, which are impacting you (and possibly your loved ones) in the present. My style is holistic, eclectic and relational. I provide a safe environment, listen deeply and engage genuinely with the individuals, couples and families I meet. I believe that we each possess the innate ability to transform our lives so we can flourish, create, connect, accept and thrive.

Together we will develop and address the therapeutic goals that are important and relevant to you. My post-graduate training and experience includes insight-oriented therapies (psychoanalytic and psychodynamic), couples, family, parent/child (dyadic), Internal Family Systems, expressive arts, infant mental health and therapeutic/restorative yoga.

My holistic style integrates all levels of communication within an interactive, mind/body framework. I am a certified yoga instructor with specialized training in therapeutic and restorative yoga. We may choose to integrate relaxation, breath work and mindfulness to further enhance the benefits of your treatment.
