Parenting Group
Whether you are married or single, parenting is one of life's greatest joys and/or one of life's most challenging experiences. You will be tested and forced to develop in ways you likely never imagined. This group will provide a safe and nurturing space for members to share their experiences, thoughts and feelings and to develop connections with others on this amazing journey. Parents of young or grown children are welcome.

Writing Your Memoir: A Women's Group
Writing your memoir can be a therapeutic, cathartic tool for making sense of who you were and who you are. You will arrive at a fresh understanding of your story, the choices you've made, the paths you've chosen and how these choices and paths have brought you to where you are today. Within the safety and support of a group setting, we will explore our unique stories. You will use your own perspective and understanding of the character you know more intimately than anyone else (yourself!) to create your personal memoir.

Separated/Divorced Group
This group provides a safe, supportive place for women who are separated or divorced. You will have the opportunity to talk to others who are going through similar experiences; share your thoughts, perspectives and feelings; feel more connected and less isolated. Members develop supportive, encouraging relationships and help one another realize their strengths and develop positive life plans.
