I very much enjoy working with couples using a blend of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I place emphasis on how couples can learn to use mutually respectful communication skills and create closeness and connection. I work with couples struggling with communication challenges, infidelity, and family situations.

In my work as a mental health nurse, I have worked with individuals struggling with crisis, SAD, GAD, PTSD and personality disorders and mood disorders.
