With over 20 years of clinical experience, I carefully attune to the needs of my clients. I have training in narrative therapy, emotionally focused (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
