I work collaboratively with my clients from a non-judgmental, empathetic place. One of the goals throughout therapy is to help you identify the underlying issues and unhealthy patterns that are holding you back. We will work together to find clarity and insight into what is needed to make meaningful changes to your life.
I work from an attachment and trauma-informed approach to my practice. I draw on evidence-based practice methods, such as Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), The Gottman Method, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
