I am the founder and executive director of York Wellness, a community centre for mental health support in Newmarket. At this location, I run groups and workshops for those experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, multiple transitions, and eating disorders. Get in touch to learn more about the groups and their content. Check out the website www.yorkwellness.ca/calendar to see what groups are currently offered (Young Adult Support, Self-Image Group, Mindfulness, Exploring Change through Motivational Enhancement, Healthy Boundaries, Meal Support, CBT Group, DBT Skills). The fee for groups can range from free to pay what you can to $50-$80.
