Groups and Workshops

I am the founder and executive director of York Wellness, a community centre for mental health support in Newmarket. At this location, I run groups and workshops for those experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, multiple transitions, and eating disorders. The fee for groups can range from free to pay what you can to $50-$80.
