If you are feeling stuck in life, I can help by listening to your concerns and providing the support you need.
I have over 17 years of counselling experience and work with anxiety and depression, ADHD, grief, loss, transition, stress, addiction and codependency. The primary modality I work from is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however, I incorporate many elements into the work I do with clients depending on their needs.
I realize that the decision to start therapy can be terrifying and takes a lot of courage, believe me, I have been there myself. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to discuss your concerns. You are the expert in your own life and by working together, we will come up with a customized treatment plan.
