Are you noticing more about the world around you? Are you beginning to see patterns and repeating cycles in your life? It is hard to begin moving forward in life without becoming aware of how we respond and react. By becoming more aware, we are able to choose how we show up. We can choose whether we yell, whether we escape, whether we become more dysregulated. By building awareness, we have the power to become who we are meant to be, and to live our life's purpose. As a nurse psychotherapist, I help guide clients towards their true identity, offering them a warm, attuned presence so they can explore themselves fully.
My therapy approach focuses on relational attunement between the therapist and the client, whether my client is a child, youth, adult or a couple. We are all living the same life, with our families struggling to survive through their own lived experiences. I support people to let go of their past so they can honour their loved ones and move forward.
You deserve to feel supported as you work towards feeling completely at ease in the world and you gain self-awareness so that you are better able to know when you need to adjust your road map. I offer talk therapy as well as talk & play therapy for younger clients who are in need of some additional support while navigating hardships.
