I combine evidence based therapy models with holistic and intuitive approaches for whole body healing and lasting transformation. Integrating the aspects of mind, body and spirit can lead to powerful shifts in thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Developing insight and awareness are the first steps of self discovery and emotional healing.
