I work with a variety of clients. Many are professionals struggling with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, rumination and relationships. Several present quite well yet have a history, and beliefs, which impede their ability to feel at peace, content and joyful. As a spiritual therapist, clients usually have a spiritual nature regarding purpose, meaning and healing. I combine, and integrate, a holistic approach using psycho-somatic technics, Havening, EMDR, Inner Child, Hypnosis, talk therapy and psychoeducation. These modalities offer a wide range of approaches to assist clients with change and a deeper understanding of themselves.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist. I strive to offer an integrative therapeutic environment that is open, nonjudgmental and compassionate. Psychotherapy is an opportunity to release, process and integrate feelings and thoughts. Treatment is tailored to individual or dyad (partner or parent and adult child) goals and needs.

Groups
Mind-Full/Hypnosis/Psychotherapy On-line grps
The MiND-FULL group is a combination of Psychoeducation, break-out rooms, discussion and meditation which offer participants various perspectives and reframing regarding mind-narratives. The next MiND-FULL group is Sept. 2022. In the Hypnosis group participants will learn how to utilize hypnosis techniques to move toward personal goals in the area of anxiety and narratives. The next Hypnosis group starts Sept. 2022. Both grps are 7-9pm Please contact me for more details.
