Living & Breathing Deeply Through Yoga for Adults
Combining cognitive behavioural therapy and yoga into an eight session counselling group, this group is limited to five group members and runs for eight weeks. Issues addressed may include (but is not limited to) anxiety, depression, self confidence, loneliness, stress, grief, and trauma.
