In our work together, I will introduce you to new ways of thinking about the difficulties you're struggling with by encouraging you to use mindfulness meditation and movement in a way that can offer new solutions to old problems.
The work I do is grounded in an evidence-based form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) called Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) which incorporates mindfulness meditation, yoga and solutions for behaviour change strategies. ACT focuses on living fully even in the presence of pain.

MYACT Group Therapy
MYACT (Mindful Yoga-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) combines third wave cognitive behavioural therapy approach with yoga, meditation & group exercises/discussion into each weekly session. This group has limited spots available and runs for eight weeks. Issues addressed may include (but is not limited to) anxiety, depression, self confidence, loneliness, stress, grief, and trauma.
