Waitlist for new clients
Let's Connect (778) 732-4206
Waitlist being taken for new clients - I work collaboratively with my clients to gently and curiously explore their lived experiences and life contexts. My goal is to help you foster greater insight, understanding, and acceptance of the patterns in your life that have gotten you to where you are today. At the same time, I will help encourage you to explore meaningful and empowering changes so that you can begin to live the life you want.
I bring a hollistic perspective that appreciates mental wellness as the connection between our mind, body, spirit, relationships, and environment. I use various therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and Somatic-based therapy to help my clients build a deeper and more authentic connection with all parts of themselves.
I am here to be a companion on your journey to mental wellness. I strive to build an environment that is supportive, accepting, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, so that you can feel comfortable navigating whatever challenges brought you to counselling. Please reach out to me if you have questions and to book a free 20 minute consultation.
