The heart of my practice is believing that the client is the expert of themselves. I believe that everyone has the answers within themselves and that my role, along with creative expression, is to help you find those answers. Combining counselling and creative expression is a way for clients to develop a better understanding of their inner self as well as address underlying conflicts.
Art therapy utilizes art making to express and process thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to articulate with words. Using a client-centred, feminist and strength-based approach, I work to create a safe and collaborative space.
I encourage you to book a complimentary consultation through my website to chat further! I'm located in a creative studio space in Inglewood equipped with all art supplies needed to express yourself!
