With a blend of social work support and expressive arts tools, I am here to work with anyone willing to express themselves and solve problems through a creative means. No artistic skills are necessary, just a willingness to tackle struggles with an outside-of-the-box approach. If you're dealing with stress, life transitions, or often seeking ways that only temporarily release tension, together we can work towards strengthening your authentic voice. Heart Times will collaborate with you to get to a place where you are not constantly feeling lost, living in survival mode.
At Heart Times, I support you to move from being stuck to a greater sense of clarity. This may include trying out creative arts based practices that grow the resources within and around you. I also provide a variety of other strategies depending on your needs and goals, including cognitive, emotion, and body based theories.
When it's on a soul level, the heart will always feel it, even if the brain is actively trying to ignore it. I honour the part of you that wants to feel better and live a more meaningful life. Let's bring greater meaning each day by increasing joy through creativity.
